Lady Pirates improve record to 11-3

It was a total team effort with the lady Pirates defeating Waterloo 82-25 Wednesday evening.  Brittany Butcher tied her school record by dropping 8 3’s, meanwhile teammate Rachel Stull had 9 pts and Madison Dunn grabbed 10 rebounds. JV schedule change

The girls JV bkb game SE vs Waterloo @ 6:00 on 1/22 has been cancelled. The varsity game will start @ 7:30 as planned

Pirates Wrestlers Split Tri-Meet

Southeast varsity wrestling opened up at Woodridge vs. Rootstown, losing a close match 43-30.  They then turned to Mogadore, which they beat 67-12.  The 1-1 night moves the pirates overall record to 10-8 and conference record to 4-2. Coming up the week of 1/13: 1/16 – @Crestwood vs. Crestwood/Ravenna 1/17-1/18 Top Gun Tournament @ Alliance

Girls BKB improve to 10-2

Danielle Norquest poured in 18 pts and grabbed 13 boards helping lead the Pirates to a 55-36 PTC victory over Woodridge.  The girls travel to Streetsboro Wednesday evening for another PTC county division matchup.  Jv Game 6pm Varsity 730

January 3 Boys Basketball time change

Due to the Ohio State Buckeyes vs Clemson Tigers game January 3, the boys basketball game times have changed.  JV 4:00 & Varsity 5:30.                                             GO PIRATES!!!

Lady Pirates Stay Perfect

The girls basketball team raised it’s record to 7-0 with a thrilling 62-53 overtime victory over the visiting Rootstown Rovers. Madison Dunn led all scorers with 17 points while Jillian Fresemyer had 13. Emma Rankin chipped in with 9 4th quarter points. The girls play at Newton Falls this Saturday.
